How It Works
The core experience of PenPal Mail is simple but powerful:
- Write a Random First Letter: Pour your heart out (or just say hi!) and send it into the world. You don’t choose the recipient—the system finds one for you.
- The Recipient Decides: Someone out there receives your letter. They can choose to open it or let it expire. If they don’t open it within 48 hours, we’ll find a new home for it.
- A New Relationship Begins: If the recipient replies, a penpal relationship is born! From that moment on, you have a direct connection and can continue your conversation at your own pace.
